Being in a remote situation, the property offers solitude and tranquillity, its nearest neighbour being a ten minute drive away. If you are looking for easy access to the shops, this property is not for you. If, however, you long for solitude, splendid views and ‘A thousand acres of Sky’, this could be exactly what you are looking for. The cottage benefits from multi-fuel central heating with mains electricity, BT land-lines and a gas supply by Calor Gas. The original gas lighting has been retained in the cottage as back-up lighting. Water supply is by a springwater outlet and the drainage is by private drainage system and septic tank.
